How does NEAPES Reviews get me more Google reviews?

Most happy customers never leave a review because nobody asks them. NEAPES Reviews asks every customer automatically after they order, by text and email, with a link that opens straight to your Google review form. More well-timed requests mean more reviews.

How soon will I see new reviews?

Requests start going out with your next orders, so most businesses see new reviews arrive within the first few weeks. The more orders you take, the faster your review count grows.

Do I need to reply to reviews?

It's a good idea. Replying to reviews, good and bad, shows customers you care and Google recommends it. You reply from your Google Business Profile as usual, and NEAPES Reviews keeps fresh reviews coming in for you to respond to.

Does NEAPES Reviews only ask happy customers?

No. Every customer gets the same request. Screening out unhappy customers, known as review gating, breaks Google's review policy and the FTC rule on consumer reviews. Asking everyone keeps your reviews honest and trusted.

Does it work for grocery and retail stores, not just restaurants?

Yes. NEAPES Reviews works for any NEAPES business, from restaurants, cafés and pizzerias to grocery, convenience and specialty stores.

Is it legal to ask customers for Google reviews?

Yes. Asking customers for honest reviews is allowed by Google and the FTC. What isn't allowed is paying or rewarding people for reviews, asking only customers you expect to be happy, or writing reviews yourself. NEAPES Reviews asks every customer the same way, with no incentive.

Can I use it at more than one location?

Yes. Each location sends requests with its own Google review link, so reviews land on the right Google Business Profile.

How much does NEAPES Reviews cost?

It's included in the Sell & grow plan: $45 per month plus a 4% platform fee per online order, with your ordering website, ScomsPOS, loyalty and marketing. On a POS-only plan, ask us about adding it.

Will customers get spammed with requests?

No. Each order gets one request, and customers aren't asked again for the same order. Messages are short and carry your business name.
