Switching from GloriaFood

Is GloriaFood shutting down?

GloriaFood users and partners have been notified that the platform is being retired on April 30, 2027. New signups are already closed, and existing accounts keep working until then.

What happens to my menu and customer list?

Data isn't expected to be kept after the shutdown date, so export your menu, customer list and order history well before April 30, 2027. Keep a copy even after you switch.

How do I move my menu to NEAPES?

Send us your menu — an export, a PDF or a link to your current ordering page — and our team sets it up for free: categories, items, prices, photos and hours. You review it before going live.

GloriaFood was free. Why pay for NEAPES?

NEAPES is $45 per month plus a 4% platform fee per online order, and that includes a full cloud POS (ScomsPOS), loyalty points, gift cards, and SMS, email and push marketing — tools that were paid add-ons or separate products with most free ordering widgets. The POS alone is normally from $10/month.

Will I keep taking orders while I switch?

Yes. Set up NEAPES alongside GloriaFood, test a few orders, then change the Order Online button on your website and social pages. There's no gap in ordering.

Can customers still pay online and choose pickup or delivery?

Yes. Customers pay by card through Stripe, with gift cards or loyalty points, and choose pickup or delivery from your own drivers within the radius, fee and minimum order you set. Pickup orders can also be paid at the counter.
