Restaurant websites

A restaurant website that takes orders, not just visits.

Your own branded website with your menu, photos and hours, where customers order pickup or delivery and pay online. Orders land on the ScomsPOS register. We build it for you, free, and it costs $45/month + 4% per online order.

Your brand

Your name, menu and photos, not a marketplace listing

Send us your menu, logo, photos and hours. We build the site with your pickup and delivery settings, so customers order from you, not from an app that lists your competitors next to you.

On every phone

Fast pages that work on a phone and on Google

Most orders start on a phone. The pages are fast, mobile-ready and carry local search data, so people searching for food near you can find you. Our restaurant SEO guide covers the rest.

  • Mobile-ready
  • Local search data
  • Order now or later
  • Card, gift card & points

No extra tablet for the website. Orders arrive on the ScomsPOS Online Orders screen with what was already paid, staff accept and mark them ready, and customers get an email or text at each step.

Smart cross-sell, built in

The add-on your staff would have suggested

At the counter, someone asks "want a drink with that?" Online, your website does it for you: a few well-chosen extras, shown at the moments people are most likely to say yes.

Shown at four moments

  • On the item page

A "Goes well with" row under what they're looking at.

  • Right under Add to cart

Suggestions in the item pop-up, before they've moved on.

  • In the cart

"Complete your order" with what's usually missing.

  • At checkout

Two last-minute adds. Never a pop-up after they pay.

How it picks

  • Pairings set up for your menu or catalog
  • What your customers actually buy together
  • Your best sellers, when there's nothing better to suggest

It comes with your website: no plugin to install and nothing for your staff to do.

Questions owners ask

Restaurant website questions

Who builds the website?

We do. Send us your menu, logo, photos and hours, and our team builds your branded website with ordering, pickup and delivery settings, free of charge.

Can customers order directly from the website?

Yes. Customers pick items and options, choose pickup or delivery now or for later, and pay online by card through Stripe, with your gift cards or with reward points. You can also allow pay at pickup.

Will my restaurant website show up on Google?

The pages are fast, work on phones and carry local search data, so people searching for food near you can find you. Ranking also depends on your Google Business Profile, reviews and competition nearby.

Where do the orders go?

To the Online Orders screen of ScomsPOS, the point of sale included in your plan, next to walk-in sales. Customers get an email (and a text in the US) as the order moves along.

How much does a restaurant website with ordering cost?

$45 per month plus a 4% platform fee per online order, with no setup fees. The website, the POS, loyalty and SMS and email marketing are in one plan.
