Pricing questions

How much does NEAPES online ordering cost?

$45 per month plus a 4% platform fee per online order on the Sell & grow plan. That includes your branded ordering website, the ScomsPOS point of sale, loyalty points and gift cards, SMS and email campaigns, and reporting.

Can I use the POS without online ordering?

Yes. ScomsPOS Basic is $10 per month for one user and one register with inventory for up to 500 items. Standard is $20 per month and adds multiple users, CRM and multi-location management.

Are there setup fees?

No. There are no setup fees, and your menu or product catalog is set up for you for free.

Is card processing included?

No. Online card payments go through Stripe, which charges its own processing fee, as any payment provider does. The platform fee above is separate from processing.

Do I need to buy new hardware?

No. ScomsPOS runs on Android tablets and phones or in a browser on the computers you already own. Barcode scanners, receipt printers and cash drawers can be added when you need them.
