How is NEAPES eCommerce different from Shopify or WooCommerce?
Your online store runs on the same system as your POS, inventory and accounting. An online order lands on your counter's screen, comes off the same stock count as in-store sales and becomes a sales invoice in your books — there's no plugin or nightly sync to keep things in step.
Can I manage online and in-store sales in one place?
Yes. Online orders appear on the Online Orders screen of ScomsPOS next to walk-in sales, and both share one catalog, one stock count and one set of reports.
Does it work for grocery stores?
Yes. Products can have several units — buy by the case, sell by the pack or piece — and items can be sold by weight. Batches and expiry dates are tracked when stock arrives, the POS offers the earliest-expiring batch first, and the shop only takes orders for items in stock.
What payment methods can customers use?
Card payments through secure Stripe checkout, your store's own gift cards, and loyalty points. You can also let pickup orders be paid at the counter.
Can I offer delivery?
Yes, with your own drivers. Set the delivery radius, fee, minimum order and an optional free-delivery threshold; checkout only accepts addresses inside your area. Customers can also choose pickup and schedule a time.
How much does it cost?
Your online store is part of the Sell & grow plan: $45 per month plus a 4% platform fee per online order, with no setup fees. It includes the POS, loyalty and SMS, email & push marketing.
