Weight and multi-unit items
Sell by weight, by the sack or by the piece, with each unit priced and barcoded on its own.
POS for international & specialty markets
An international market carries the products nobody else nearby stocks — imported staples by the sack, spices by weight, frozen goods by the case — for a community that drives across town for them. ScomsPOS handles that catalog at the till and puts the same shelves online, so regulars can check what has arrived before they make the trip. See the full ScomsPOS platform or grocery online ordering on the same stock.

How it works
Bulk rice and flour by the sack, spices and produce by weight, imported goods bought by the case and sold by the pack or piece: each product can carry several units with their own price and barcode, and weighed items sit next to packaged ones on the same register. Lot and expiry dates are recorded on arrival, and the earliest-expiring batch is offered first.

Why it matters
Your own online store lists what is actually in stock, because it reads the same count as the register. Customers who travel to you can see that a shipment has landed, order for pickup, and earn loyalty points that work in store too. Every online customer joins your own list for SMS and email offers when the next delivery arrives.

Out of the box
Sell by weight, by the sack or by the piece, with each unit priced and barcoded on its own.
Batch and expiry dates from delivery to the till, earliest expiry first, and a near-expiry report to discount in time.
Online orders, loyalty points and SMS or email offers keep regulars coming back without a marketplace in between.
Add online ordering
Your own online store sells from the same catalog and inventory as the till — click and collect or local delivery, never out of step with the shelf.
